◆It’s ¥880 ( including tax) for every extra 30 minutes.

Please leave the space clean and return it to its original condition

Only the shared space on the first floor may be used

No smoking indoors or in the parking area

Please be considerate of neighbors.
Do not dispose of trash illegally or make loud noises after 7:00 PM.
